Dr. Riza Casidy is the founding pastor and head of ministry team at XCITE church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Biblical Studies) degree from Harvest West Bible College and a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Marketing from Monash University. At the age of 24, Dr. Casidy became one of the youngest PhD graduate in the history of Monash University.
Over the past decade, Dr. Casidy has been actively involved in student and youth ministries in Indonesia and Australia. He has served as a youth leader at Gereja Pantekosta di Indonesia (GPDI) in Perth, Western Australia, as well as Caulfield Indonesian Uniting Church in Melbourne, Victoria. He has also been ministering in Indonesia as an itinerant preacher, with particular focus on the topic of 'Kingdom Living' and 'Kingdom Potential'. Since the year 2008, Dr. Casidy holds a minister credential from the Assemblies of God (AOG) denomination in Australia. He has also published articles about 'Kingdom Potential' in religious and secular media in Indonesia and Australia.
